1. I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of the Job Connector Bootcamp conducted by Isha Corp Solutions in collaboration with KCS Technologies (Kapil Tech) – an Infor Alliance Partner, including the program structure, stipend, salary, and certification fee details.
2. I voluntarily choose to enroll in the Infor Dual Certification Program (ERP + MES) offered under this Bootcamp and understand that the certification fee of ₹2,75,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand only) is non-refundable and payable in full at the time of enrolment.
3. I agree to complete the 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT), to be conducted remotely or at the Hyderabad premises. During OJT I will receive a stipend of ₹20,000 per month for 3 months. Upon successful completion I shall be offered employment with an initial annual salary of ₹3.6 Lakhs, subject to satisfactory performance.
4. I acknowledge that the certification(s) earned under this program will be issued in my individual name and shall remain my personal asset forever.
5. I understand that any false information or misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of my candidature and forfeiture of fees already paid.
